The legal basis for processing your personal data is

What type of personal data do we collect and process?

Personal data collected based on registration or product purchase are:

name and surname, address, city, postal code, e-mail, telephone number, IP address and date and time from which the application was made, IP address and date and time from which consents or consents were given, date and time of registration.

The data that is automatically recorded when accessing the website (IP address, domain name, browser types, number of visits, time spent on the pages, etc.) will be used exclusively for the purpose of evaluating website visits and improving its content and functionality, i.e. for statistical purposes.

With which recipients does WILD MALLOW share personal data?

Personal data may be transferred to third parties provided that there is a legitimate basis for the transfer, such as the fulfillment of the contracted service, the forwarding of data concerning and related to the delivery of goods, transportation, and the like.

When required to implement a contract for the purchase of products or services ordered by the user, WILD MALLOW will share the user's personal data with:

  • To the goods distribution service providers MBE Adriatic doo Puževa ulica 11, Zagreb, OIB:64386903048 for the purpose of fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending ground mail. The distribution service provider may ask the user for his/her ID card at the time of package delivery when personally picking up the goods, all for the purpose of implementing the package delivery service and keeping records of who picked up the package. If the user refuses to provide this information, the package will not be delivered to him/her

  • Offer and invoice preparation service provider: FIRA Solutions doo, Trg Josipa Jurja Štrosmajera 8, 10000 Zagreb, OIB 21233832319

  • Service provider for sending newsletter campaigns. Personal data will be shared with the system for sending newsletter campaigns only if the user indicates that they want to receive notifications about offers, promotions and promotional materials. - By subscribing to the newsletter , your e-mail address is saved on the mailing list of the system for sending newsletters Mailerlite. Apart from your e-mail address and name, no other personal data is required to send newsletters , however, the Mailerlite service does collect some additional data about you for the purposes of mailing campaigns (e.g. your browser's IP address).

  • Online form service provider. The responses you fill out through Fillout forms are stored for the period of time necessary for WILD MALLOW to fulfill the purpose for which it collected the responses through them.

REMARK!
By unsubscribing from the newsletter, your email address is deleted from my mailing list, but the email address itself and other collected data remain in the Mailerlite system (in case you decide to sign up again).

If you really want to delete all your data in the Mailerlite system, please send me a request to delete and forget your data to the e-mail address info@wildmallow.hr, and I will do my best to fulfill the request to Mailerlite as soon as possible.

After starting the "forget" procedure, at least 30 days must pass for your data to be completely deleted and forgotten in the Mailerlite system.

Period for which personal data will be stored

We store personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act. We store it for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed or to comply with the law.

We store personal data that we process based on your consent until you revoke it.

We keep personal data that we process on the basis of the law or the contractual relationship with you as long as the law prescribes (e.g. 11 years from the date of issue for issued invoices), i.e. for the duration of the contract and another 5 years after termination (how long is the general statute of limitations).

After the retention period expires, we delete personal data effectively and permanently.

Deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten)

Right to erasure (to be forgotten) – The erasure of personal data can be requested, for example, if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of certain data, when your personal data is being processed unlawfully, or when it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. However, please note that we will not be able to erase the data if it is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations, contractual obligations or other legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation.

In all situations where possible, we will irreversibly delete all of your personal data from our systems, leaving only general statistical data that cannot be linked to your identity.

If you request this, we will transfer your personal data directly to another controller, if this is technically feasible.

Right to object

Right to object – You have the right to object at any time, given your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you, for which reason we will restrict the processing of such data. We will also delete the data and cease processing it, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing. In addition, the User has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. After submitting your objection, your personal data will cease to be processed for the stated purpose.

Right to withdraw consent

Right to withdraw consent – ​​If the processing of the User's personal data is based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw it at any time, without any negative consequences.

In the event that the User no longer wants us to process data in any way, requests deletion, correction or transfer of data, they should inform us about this via e-mail to the e-mail address: info@wildmallow.hr.

Personal data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.
